1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the In-Quora SaaS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Proprietary Rights & License Grant
The In-Quora platform, including its automated questionnaire compiler, DSL framework, software design, and branding, is the proprietary software of In-Quora (All Rights Reserved).
- ✓Customer Ownership: You retain full ownership of all DOCX documents, questionnaires, branding assets, and survey responses uploaded or collected through your account.
- ✓SaaS License Grant: Subject to active subscription compliance, In-Quora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform.
- ✓Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying automated parsing logic of the Service.
3. Account Security & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
- ✓Authorized Access: You must notify In-Quora immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
- ✓Acceptable Content: You agree not to upload content or deploy surveys that violate applicable privacy laws, contain malicious code, or promote illegal activities.
- ✓Rate Limits & Fair Use: To ensure platform stability, automated API usage and questionnaire parsing are subject to fair use limits.
4. Automated Parsing & Compiler Disclaimer
In-Quora utilizes deterministic algorithmic compilers and rule-based automation engines to process DOCX specifications into dynamic web surveys.
- ✓Specification Compliance: While our automated engine parses logic rules and quotas with high precision, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying final survey structures before public deployment.
- ✓Uptime & Availability: In-Quora strives to maintain 99.9% service availability, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
5. Billing, Subscriptions & Termination
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- ✓Payments: Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- ✓Cancellation & Data Retention: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon account termination, your data and files will be permanently purged from active servers within 30 days.
6. Governing Law & Contact
