✓Billing Data: For paid subscriptions, our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) collect payment and billing information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
✓Document & Questionnaire Data: The DOCX and text files you upload for survey generation, as well as the logical rules and quotas you define.
✓Respondent Data: Information submitted by individuals who answer your deployed surveys. (Note: you are the Data Controller, and In-Quora acts as the Processor).
✓Usage Analytics: Information about how you interact with our Service (e.g., IP addresses, browser types, interaction logs) to help us improve performance and UX.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following essential purposes:

✓To operate, maintain, and provide the core features of the Service.
✓To utilize our AI engine to parse your documents and craft interactive surveys.
✓To manage your account, process transactions, and provide customer support.
✓To send you administrative emails, technical notices, and product updates.
✓To monitor unauthorized access and ensure the security of our platform.

AI Processing & Confidentiality

The core of In-Quora involves AI parsing of your proprietary questionnaires. We strictly use this data only to generate your specific surveys. We do not use your uploaded DOCX files, generated surveys, or respondent data to train our foundational public AI models. Your intellectual property remains yours.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

✓Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us with cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, Vercel), payment processing, and AI API integrations.
✓Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes, or to protect the rights and safety of In-Quora.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. We retain your account information and uploaded documents as long as your active. Once an account is deleted, your files and associated survey data are permanently purged from active servers within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
